The Details:
We’ll be hopping all weekend {March 24th and 25th} to welcome spring!
(The blog hop officially ends on Sunday March 25th at 11pm CST.)
You may find some fun giveaways along the way…be sure to check the directions carefully on each blog to participate.
The Project:
Since we are welcoming the arrival of spring I got out some very "springy" papers from my stash and some fun stamps from Market Street Stamps. That cute little chick is hand drawn (by me!) and is perfect for all sorts of spring projects.
I used two Fiskars squeeze punches (Round N Round in Large and Extra Large) to create the layered image. It almost looks to me like the little chick is peeking out of a hole in a tree.
I finished all off with a wood button tied with lace.
Thanks for stopping by today!

ReplyDeleteVery cute! I always wondered if people who design stamps that are their own sketch or own handwriting use the stamps or just draw/write their creation directly on the paper. One in the "use stamp" category!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Tif. Love the flower paper with the wood paper. :)

ReplyDeleteVery cute spring card--your chick is adorable!
ReplyDeleteI love the cute bird that you made peek out at us!
ReplyDeleteFunny thing that you should use two sizes of the Round 'n Round. There are only two punches I have in more than one size - Round 'n Round and Seal of Approval. Just coming from Cindy's blog, I told her I would like to do her project with my two different sizes of the Seal of Approval. Back to back the two of you used my go-to tools from Fiskars!
