Birdie Tag

I had some left over stamped cardstock from a tag I created previously and had a little bit of kraft cardstock from creating my recipe page, so I decided to make two tags.
Here is the first tag:

Cardstock: Kraft Outlet (lunch bag kraft); Core'dinations (aqueduct);
Stamps: Unity Stamp Co. (A Thing of Beauty: Itty Bitty, Tea Time Pattern, frame from Be Mine: I Adore You);
Ink (Chalk): Tsukineko (Jumbo Java, Turquoise Gem);
Dies: Spellbinders (Nested Bird);
Embellishment: Tim Holtz (Mini Pin)
Other: Vintage seam binding; vintage fabric;
