The words in this book are good, but what I think really sets this one apart from the rest of the creation board books is the simple, graphic nature of the illustrations.
I love the high contrast images in God Made The World - they really demand attention from the reader(s). These types of illustrations are especially wonderful for getting the attention of babies.
God Made The World is one of my favorite board books about creation - I would recommend it particularly for ages 0-3.

The main reason I was originally drawn to the MISTI was the possibility of creating multiples of cards. Of course, I have seen many other benefits of the MISTI in the time I have owned it, but making multiples is still my favorite way to use it.
Would you like to see the whole process? I share a quick run-through in this video.
I took the original bright design and toned it down to create a different look by coloring the stamped images with some netural/earth tones.
And then for a quick version, I colored everything the same, just using a slight gradient of color for a little interest:
I love that the MISTI made it easy to stamp some coordinating envelopes as well. (The Arts & Crafts Sentiments set has stamps that work well on both cards and envelopes.)
And did you happen to notice those beautiful turquoise ruler stickers in my video? If you are thinking about updating the ruler stickers on your MISTI (or Mini MISTI), be sure to check out this video showing how I did mine. There are some tips and tricks you won't want to miss.

This one creates the drop shadow effect for you. You can leave it as-is or color in the shadow area for a fun and funky look.
...and then there's something a little different. These stamp sets are designed especially for bullet journaling and planners. These three sets are all part of the "Calendar Builders" line - easy to mix and match to create a variety of custom looks.
